These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rubyredtx.com (the "site"), which is operated by Perspective Hospitality Management Services, Inc., doing business as Ruby Red Hospitality ("Ruby Red", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using this site

You may use the site to learn about our hotels, restaurants and bars, to plan a stay, and to contact us, including about careers and development opportunities. You agree not to use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone's rights, or interferes with the site or its security, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or placing an unreasonable load on our servers.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and index the site as described in our robots.txt and llms.txt.

2. Reservations and booking sites

The site does not take reservations or payments. When you check rates or book a room, you are sent to that hotel's official booking page, which may be run by the hotel's brand (such as Hilton or Marriott) or by a reservation provider. Your reservation, including its rate, deposit, cancellation policy and any loyalty program benefits, is governed by that provider's terms and policies, not by these terms. Dates you choose on this site are passed along for convenience; rates and availability are confirmed only on the booking page.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep property details, hours, amenities, menus, photos and contact information current, but they can change without notice and may occasionally contain errors. Please confirm anything important, such as hours, amenities or accessibility features, directly with the property before you rely on it.

4. Content and trademarks

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content on the site belong to Ruby Red Hospitality or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Hilton, Marriott, Bar Louie and the names and logos of their brands are trademarks of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal use and share links to the site. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse of the content requires our written permission.

5. Forms and messages you send us

When you use a form on the site or contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Ruby Red Hospitality again, just sign up as you did the first time and Ruby Red Hospitality will start sending messages to you again.
